I don’t like to use the words good or bad when talking about food. I believe some choices are better than others, and that the key to a healthy life is balance. “Everything in moderation” is so cliché isn’t it? It also happens to be the truth. Restrictions, rules, diets…these lead to hanger, obsessing and an unhealthy relationship with food.
